Interaction Design

My work as an instructional designer and writer has included dozens of corporate clients, government agencies, and non-profits, and has covered a wide range of topics. My goal has always been to share and repurpose meaningful content with the developers in order to provide a consistent, efficient, and quality experience for the user. However, having started my career in the late-1990s, my projects started before there were content management systems, and when sourcing and reusing content occurred through conversation and email. Training materials are a rewrite of a user manual with scenarios to teach the required topics, and eLearning with interactivity is a progression of the instructor-led training.
